• Assistant Manager – 39 Posts
• Deputy Manager – 24 Posts

Educational Qualification :

• Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager : Bachelor Degree in Mining/ Metallurgy / Material Science / Chemical / Ceramic/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication/ Civil Engineering and other qualification as per Official Notification.
• Management Trainee (MT) : Full time Degree in Engineering from recognized Indian University/ Institution in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation//Electronics & Telecommunication, Metallurgy, Civil with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Graduation (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent.

Pay Scale:

• Assistant Manager – Rs. 16,400-40,500/- Per Month
• Deputy Manager – Rs. 20,600-46,500 /- Per Month
• Management Trainee – Rs. 16,400-40,500/-  Per Month

Age Limit : As on 01.04.2015

• Assistant Manager : 35 years
• Deputy Manager : 38 years
• Management Trainee (MT) : 30 years

Age Relaxation :

• SC & ST Category : 5 years
• OBC-NCL Category : 3 years
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Category : 10 years

Selection Process : The selection procedure for posts in Grades E-1 to E-4 shall be Written Test followed by Personal Interview of the short-listed candidates. Selection to posts in E-5 and above Grades shall be based on Personal Interview of the screened and short-listed candidates

Application Fee : General/OBC Candidates may have to pay Rs. 750/- and SC / ST / PWD / Female Candidates Rs. 350/- through Account Payee Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any Scheduled Bank in favour of Hindustan Copper Limited and payable at Kolkata.
