HPCL is an extended arm of the Union Government to intensify the movement for literacy through the growth of the paper industry. Today it is one of the largest manufacturers of paper and newsprint in South East Asia. Simultaneously, HPC has been playing a dominant role in the socio-economic development of the North-East region.
Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (HPCL), Assam Recruitment for 51 MBA Trainee, Engineering Graduate Apprentice & other Vacancies. Details are given below:-

HPCL Recruitment Details 

Name of the Posts:
  • Engineering Graduate Apprentice  –  24 posts
  • Technician (Diploma) Apprentice  –  19 posts
  • MBA Trainee  –  08 posts
Number of Vacancies: 51 Posts
Educational Qualification:
  • Engineering Graduate Apprentice – The Candidate should be passed Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/BE) in relevant subjects from recognized University/Institution
  • Technician (Diploma) Apprentice – The Candidate should be passed Diploma in relevant subjects from recognized University/Institution
  • MBA Trainee – The Candidate should be passed Master Degree (MBA) in Finance/Marketing/HR& ES Specialization from any recognized Institution
Age Limit:
The candidate maximum age limit is 26 years as on 15-04-2015. Upper age limit for SC/ST/PWD applicable as per Govt. guidelines
Pay or Salary:
  • Engineering Graduate Apprentice  –  The Pay Scale of Rs. 7500/- per month.
  • Technician (Diploma) Apprentice  –  The Pay Scale of Rs. 6000/- per month.
  • MBA Trainee  –  The Pay Scale of Rs. 7500/- per month.
Selection Process: The selection procedure will be made on the performance in Written test and interview
